What is Party Cowgirls?
Party Cowgirls is a DFW-based party planning and decoration service specializing in bachelorette parties, birthdays, and custom celebrations. Every event is fully themed, we work with you to build out a vibe that's completely yours, from color palette to decor details. We come to you, whether that's a hotel room, Airbnb, backyard, or venue — and transform the space so you and your crew can walk in and the party is already happening. No stress, no hauling decorations, no DIY disasters. Just show up, look cute, and let us handle the rest!
What areas do you serve?
We’re based and serve in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. If you're outside of our usual range, send us a message, we may be able to travel or offer a custom quote.
Can I combine a picnic with a bachelorette package?
Yes! We love mixing and matching services. Let us know your vision and we’ll create a custom experience just for your group.
How do the picnic setups work?
We bring everything needed for a dreamy picnic: table, rugs, pillows, tableware, decor, and more. We set up, style, and tear down so you don’t have to lift a finger. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!
Do I need to be present for setup?
Not necessarily! As long as we have access to the space, we’ll handle setup and takedown. You can just show up when everything’s ready.
